THERE'S SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!
We invite you to tour our vibrant community and discover all that Highland, Michigan has to share. Downtown Highland Station, the historical downtown, lies adjacent to the Highland State Recreation Area, attracting a wide variety of sports enthusiasts.
Highland’s history began as a rail station and quickly developed into a recreation destination as residents and out-of-town “cottagers” began to appreciate the value of over 25 lakes located here.
